Dear Homeowners,

Last week, our community had the incredible honor of hosting the iconic Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom as they filmed a special episode highlighting our thriving spider monkey population. For over 60 years, Wild Kingdom has traveled the globe to showcase conservation efforts like ours, and we are proud to be featured in this upcoming episode.

Spider monkeys are a protected species, and their presence in our jungle community is a testament to the success of our conservation efforts led by our nonprofit organization and ConMono Maya. Your HOA contributions have played a vital role in ensuring the continued protection and preservation of these endangered creatures and their natural habitat.

The episode is expected to air in approximately one year. As soon as we have the official date, we’ll share it with all homeowners so you can tune in and see the amazing story of our local spider monkey community featured on a global stage.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our resident biologists, especially Denise Spaan, April and Matt of D15, our nonprofit committee, and to each of you for your ongoing support and commitment to conservation through your donations paid with your HOA dues. This achievement showcases what our community can accomplish when we work together to protect the natural beauty and wildlife that surrounds us.

Stay tuned for more updates!
