The Vigilance Committee is a group of owners who were voted by the General Assembly to represent the collective group of owners.  

Their responsibilities include overseeing administration, reviewing financial reports, communicating between owners and administration, and approving construction within the development, among other things.  They dedicate their time to bettering the community on a volunteer basis.
